 Danley Construction Products have developed a new expansion joint system that will reduce problems concreters/builders experience when designing external footpaths and driveways. It is a preformed expansion and dowel system that enables continuous pouring of concrete.
Expand-A-Joint is a composite of several innovative products designed specifically to overcome slab alignment problems, provide for thermal expansion of adjacent slabs and offer a system that allows continuos concrete pouring of adjacent slabs.
Expand-A-Joint is made up of Danley's Key Joint with a 5mm close cell foam attached. This allows expansion of the concrete, giving a highly effective, cost efficient expansion jointing system with a joint finish second to none. The finish can be further complimented with our Rip-A-Strip capping available in four decorative colours - grey, black, terracotta and sandstone. Removable capping are also available in two sizes to create a 3mm or 10mm deep recess where sealants are required. |
